Returns and complaints
Returns
You have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
Please contact us by e-mail and provide information about your desire to return the goods. In response, we will send you instructions along with a return form. You can also download the form yourself:Return form

The return of goods is at your expense, we do not accept cash on delivery.
The returned product cannot show any signs of use - it must be delivered unchanged and sent in a way that protects it against damage (tubes, boxes, fillings).
If these conditions are not met, the return of the product may not be accepted.
If the goods have not been damaged and are intact, we will inform you about a positive result and refund the money within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of returning it, depending on which event occurs first.
We will refund the payment using the same method of purchase.
If your product return is rejected (due to damage to the product or signs of use), we will inform you and send the product back to you within 7 business days, covering the shipping costs.
Exchange
If the size does not suit you or you want to exchange the goods for other reasons - place an order again. Please send the product you wish to exchange back to us as a refund. Detailed instructions can be found above.
Complaints
1. Damaged packaging
Before receiving the parcel from the courier, check whether the packaging has not been damaged during transport. If the packaging shows signs of damage, do not accept the shipment and prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier, and then contact us.
The damage report should include: date, time of delivery and description of the damage. Inspection of the shipment upon receipt is a necessary condition for considering possible claims for loss or damage to the shipment during transport.
2. Everything is OK with the parcel, but the product is defective
If the goods are factory damaged or inconsistent with the description, send us an e-mail with a description and photo of the defective goods to contact@n2studio.pl. Perhaps the photos will be a sufficient basis for considering the complaint.
Fill inComplaint reporting form, describe the detailed reasons for complaining about the product, the preferred form of compensation, and the return address.
If the photos are not a sufficient basis - send us the defective product and within 14 days of receiving the shipment, we will inform you by e-mail about the result of the complaint procedure. If the submitted complaint is accepted, within 7 business days from the date of making the decision, the defective goods will be replaced with another, full-value product or we will refund the equivalent of the price of the goods.
If the complaint is deemed unjustified, we will provide you with a detailed justification of the decision and we will send back the complained product at our expense within 14 business days.
We will refund your payment using the same payment methods used in the original transaction.
